挂载U盘的can't read superblock错误

我用
mount -o iocharset=utf8,codepage=936 /dev/sda1 /mnt/U
挂载U盘,出现mount: /dev/sda1: can't read superblock错误,怎么解决?

我的系统是FC3,U盘是深科128M,原来在RH9里面可以挂载的.
