菜鸟求助:安装内核2.6.9后,不能运行make xconf

我装的系统是FC3,内核的安装过程如下:
rpm -ivh kernel-2.6.9-1.667.src.rpm
cd /usr/src/redhat/SPECS，
rpmbuild -bp --target=i686 kernel-2.6.spec
cd /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/kernel-2.6.9/linux-2.6.9/configs，
(我的机器是i686)，执行cp kernel-2.6.9-i686.config ../.config,
最后在/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/kernel-2.6.9/linux-2.6.9目录下执行命令make oldconfig
这一路都没有出现问题
但是每次执行make xconfig时都出现一下错误:
Unable to find the QT installation. Please make sure that the
* QT development package is correctly installed and the QTDIR
* environment variable is set to the correct location.
*
make[1]: *** [scripts/kconfig/.tmp_qtcheck] 错误 1
make: *** [xconfig] 错误 2

运行make config,make menuconfig都没错误,
在执行make qconfig时出错无
make[1]: *** 没有规则可以创建目标“qconfig”。 停止。
make: *** [qconfig] 错误 2

不知道哪位达人可以指导以下,可能是什么的问题阿?
