一个关于mSQL的问题

mSQL已经安装好了,配置文件中我把其中改成: Msql_User = use, Admin_User = dbman ,
接着创建了用户群:sqlusers, 用户: use
把use加到了sqlusers中,把msql3下的所由的文件和文件夹的所有者改成了use,当我在启动mSQL,的时候报下面这个错误,请问如何解决:

[root@localhost bin]# ./msql3d &
