任务栏 没图标?

我原来升级kde3.4.0,结果也不成功,和连接帖子描述的现象是一样的
再下载3.4.1的rpm包安装,kde3.4.0到好了,3.4.1没装上
装好后,第一次启动时,提示什么错误,太快,没看清,面板是这样的效果?看图
再安装3.4.1,提示上面的错误?我又 --force 安装,3.4.1装上了,好像没什么问题,只是任务栏仍然没图标,包括托盘 ,如图?请教?
