i didn't install chinese language for my rh10 when i installed this system,but i put some "truetype" files (such as "ming iso**" downloaded from hongkong goverment website) in /usr/share/fonts/*?,then it can display chinese,but i can't install fcitx even i do it again and again.it stops every time at

你的所谓RH10的C和C++等编程环境全都没有安装，怎么可能运行make？？？

你没有编译器。
将编成开发相关的软件包装上吧，至少要把和C/C++相关的软件包装上。
