cp /boot/config-2.6.9 .config
make oldconfig
make prepare-all
cd ~
sh ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-7667-pkg1.run --add-this-kernel
sh ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-7167-pkg1-custom.run

安装旧版的，上面说不支持你的显卡了。
