FC4装好后，setenv DISPLAY出现小问题！

FC4装好后，setenv DISPLAY出现小问题：

用telnet 登录到其他linux机上，用setenv DISPLAY 本机IP:0.0
可以终端运行显示另一台机上的KDE桌面程序，以前用Redhat 9 可以
轻松的实现，但是装上FC4后，运行时提示：

Process could not connect to X windows display ...
The reason for this may be that the DISPLAY environment
variable is not set correctly or that the X server
does not permit a connection.

我试过在另外的Rh9机上可以终端显示这台FC4的桌面程序，不知道这个X server 到底是怎么回事？
