刚开始学习Debian，我在Windows上面通过VMware来安装的Debian，我想通过VMware虚拟出来的网卡让Debian上网，请问我该怎么弄呢？

在Windows的网络连接中有两块虚拟的网卡：VMware Network Adapter VMnet1和VMware Network Adapter VMnet8，它们在安装完后默认都分了:

VMware里面还有bridge NAT哪些选项，我该怎么选择？
