linux系统登陆问题

刚才我重新启动计算机，用我的普通用户无法登陆，而用ROOT用户就可以登陆，请问我该怎么做？？

刚才启动出现提示could not open or create the file "home/chou/.gconf-test-locking-file"; this indicates that there may be a problem with your configureation, as many problems will need to create files in your home directory the error was"permission denied"(error=13)
