unable to build arm-elf-gcc

1. Windows2000,
2.Cygwin(http://gro.clinux.org/frs/download.php/1330/cygwin-for-skyeye-allinone.tar.bz2)
下build version 20030314 with the build-uclinux-tools.sh script, 得到以下的错误：

我检查有产生arm-elf-addrline, ar, as, c++filt, gasp, ld等等，切没有arm-elf-gcc, 请问要如何解决呢?

我遇到同样的问题，怎么也解决不了，不知道为什么不能编译出arm－elf－gcc
貌似其他的文件都能编译出来
