我今天碰上怪事了~fcitx也不受locale限制?

理论上应用程序的语言应该是受到 LC_xxx 变量的限制的，可我把我所有关于地区设定的 LC_ALL 变量设置成英文，所有程序都已经无法显示中文的时候，唯独 fcitx 还能够完整显示中文，还能输入。。。

难道 fcitx 和 scim 一样不受 LC_xxx 变量的限制？！

我是用 fcitx 1.8.1

呵呵，我原来在mdk9.1beta版本试过也行哦。可怜chinput不行。

是的是的，好像从1.8版开始fcitx就是这样设计的

chinput也不错，以前的输入法在在哪个locale下启动的，就只能在那个locale下输入
chinput是第一个可以跨locale使用的输入法，在zh_CN下运行，对运行在GBK和GB18030下的程序一样可以输入

Why I can't input Chinese with xsim.
The status bar can display correctly, but can't input words.
I emerged it. But it just doesn't work.
I set locale as gb2312.

也许你得设置XMODIFIERS=@im=XSIM
XIM=XSIM等等。
