excuse me, I want to install an Chinese input method on my Unix KDE, but unfortunately I am not root. I tried to install scim-1.4.4. Every time an error message occurs when I make install:
mkdir:cannot create directory '/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/immodules':permission denied
So I wanna that only root could install input method? is there any way that could make it successful to install an chinese input method without root authority?
