安装gentoo很是让我伤心，三遍了还是装不上

我还是为了省事，用GENTOO 2006.0 livecd从STAGE3安装，编译内核的过程那个叫慢啊，等死了，可是到最后还是丢给我一个GRUB的错误:

建议试一下参考x86 handbook来安装。

完全按照handbook来安装的，况且STAGE3也没啥要特别设置的地方
我是赛扬4的cpu，选择X86可以吗？

用的是2006里的installer还是传统方式装的？

看x86 handbook，不是2006 handbook。一般来说x86handbook较适合于有网络的安装。不过注意，x86handbook中mount 的那一部分有点问题，他的例子中根分区用ext3格式，挂的时候却没有了-t ext3 这个参数。这个问题从2004的handbook就有。对老手可能不是问题，新手可能会中招。
对于GLI
我个人觉得也是有点问题，反正我就没用GLI成功安装过。

进了图形界面后，打开个gnome终端，然后按我给的链结里说的敲命令装就是了。
