求助，安装Gaim问题，no acceptable C ..

先到官方网站下载了四个rpm安装包：

gaim-1.5.0-0rh9.i386.rpm

gaim-devel-1.5.0-0rh9.i386.rpm

gaim-silc-1.5.0-0rh9.i386.rpm

gaim-tcl-1.5.0-0rh9.i386.rpm

使用命令rpm -ivh 安装 gaim-1.5.0-0rh9.i386.rpm

[root@localhost gaim]# rpm -ivh gaim-1.5.0-0rh9.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
    libgtkspell.so.0 is needed by gaim-1.5.0-0rh9

然后我到官方网站看了下FAQ：

I'm trying to install Gaim, but it complains that I don't have libgtkspell.so.0, from where can I get this?
libtgtkspell.so.0 is provided by gtkspell. This library is used by Gaim to provide the "Highlight misspelled words" feature. You can find an RPM of gtkspell at freshrpms.net. You can find the source and a non-Red Hat specific RPM at gtkspell.sourceforge.net.

接着，跑到gtkspell.sourceforge.net. 下载了一个gtkspell-2.0.11.tar.gz的源码包，然后解压安装如下：

错误提示:在$PATH中没有找到可用的C编译器。
于是我又下了个GCC的rpm安装包。安装：

[root@localhost root]# rpm -ivh gcc-3.4.5-2.src.rpm
warning: gcc-3.4.5-2.src.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42a60e
error: cannot create %sourcedir /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES

又提示错误，不能创建源路径/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES
跑到/usr/src/ 底下看了看，没有redhat这个目录，于是想可能它默认不会自己创建目录，接着手动创建了这个目录，继续安装gcc，安装成功：

[root@localhost root]# mkdir /usr/src/redhat/
[root@localhost root]# rpm -ivh gcc-3.4.5-2.src.rpm
warning: gcc-3.4.5-2.src.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42a60e
  1:gcc             ########################################### [100%]

安装好了gcc，接着继续使用配置命令：

[root@localhost gtkspell-2.0.11]# ./configure

checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes

结果还是提示错误，在$PSTH没有可用的C编译器！！！！

哪里出错了？要指定$PATH的环境变量吗？

我使用echo $PATH 命令的时候，输出为空。
