源码安装fvwm-themes-0.7.0出错！！

我用源代码编译的方式安装好了fvwm-2.5.16，接下来我还是采用源代码编译的方式安装fvwm-themes-0.7.0，可是在configure时出现了这样的错误：

我换成fvwm-2.5.8可是依然还是发生了同样的错误！！
有哪位朋友知道这是怎么回事吗？请教教我该怎样解决。

最好把那些是no的软件也补装上
