DHCP问题

我把我配置不成功的语句让大家看看....请高手帮我分析一下哪里有错了.
我的系统是red hat linux 企业版 AS 4.3 我配置的DHCP命令如下.
我只想给我的IP划分成0网段的. 70 到80的.
