there's always a shortcut to everything. however,I was worrying about whether I've got it to embedded system.Don't hesitate to give your tips about how to richen my project experience

you mean I should ask for projects,that's the only thing to do,right?

not the only way, but I think it's a right, or you can find  project by yourself

what's your long-term goal and your short-term goal?

Leo:
long tem is to know more about DSP related skills in term of embedded system

Tie:
know more? Then what's more is enough?

Tie:
you are still confused

Leo:
short term is to read terminal firmware code,but with hard time

Tie:
OK, enjoy your work

Leo:
because my background about DSP related is not strong,so I want to seize the oppotunity of learning low-level things during the course of reading firmware code

Tie:
OK,that's great for you

Leo:
it's not for sure whether I will maintain the terminal firmware,but I think I  am supposed to try hard to get it with your suggestions.

Tie:
Well, Mr. Leo, if you want to continue your career at this company for a long while, you should know more about it besides project.
If you maintain the firmware of the terminal, I don't think you have something to talk to your furture employer(that's my lesson from my job found recently), what they so-called firmware doesn't only belong to the dsp field, neither belong to any protocol

Tie:
you don't know anything about codec, know nothing about the dsp operation, the performance optimization,

Tie:
and also the architecture is quiet simple
