求助，哪位大虾帮忙看看安装mysql时的问题

在ml下装mysql，装了好几次了，安装没问题，但总是起动不了，每次都是这样：


[root@MagicLinux mysql]# service mysqld start

我查看/mysql/var下的出错日志，应该就是MagicLinux.err吧，里面的显示是：
