can not install rpm for china

hgs

my system is RH8.
I download xsim's rpm package for install.
before that, I can input chinese by Ctrl+Space ,but I don't know which input method it is.

But when I rpm -i xsim....
it failed.

and after that, I cann't install any china input package.
and now , I have to write in English.


How can I repaire this problem??
