IBM300GL自带网卡CS8920-CQ问题

已经试了很多方法:
1.使用LINUX自带驱动,不行;
2.下载磁盘操作系统下该网卡驱动,查询IRQ\MEM等信息,甚至装了一遍WIN98查看网卡信息;然后下载LINUX驱动,编译,./BUILD ,INSMOD等,不行;
3.REDHAT不行,换GENTOO......,还是不行;
4.我已经不行了;
5.各位高手还有什么办法教教我,行不行!

主要是不能启动网卡,关键是中断和IO等网卡参数,始终不对.
