HELP?Facing problemss!!!

I'd like to install znwb.tar.gz in redhat linux 9
first, I logged in as the system administrator, and I installed the software znwb.tar.gz which is for chinese input successfully.
Then, I logged as a common user called "friend", whose default language is English.
Also, I'd like to install the chinese input software, however, an error appeared.
It said: unable to remove the fold /usr/bin/znwb..., permission constrained. I guess maybe because the software is assumed to install in the same folder, so how to avoid this problem.
  Question: Suppose they are two users in a system called frined1 and friend2, and both of them want to install the same software, such as znwb.tar.gz, will they face this problem I described before??
   Very sorry!! Because I haven't installed the chinese input software, I have to write in English!!
