求救！！！！！我装不了东西了

我重装了linux后好像所有的软件包都装不上了，运行rpm 时显示：
[root@made root]# rpm -ivh RealPlayer9-9.0.7.151-4.i386.rpm

而在编译时显示：

1、重新下载一个RealPlayer9-9.0.7.151-4.i386.rpm 再安装！
2、在“添加、删除软件包”里选上 所有的开发工具 ，然后再编译！
