这个得看分区的性质吧?如果启动分区，应该是引导程序的代码，如果非引导区就不知道应该是什么了

那512B是一段启动代码，它是代码树下面的arch/i386/boot/bootsect.S，可以看一下。
主要是先将它其它启动用的代码都装入合适的位置，然后执行，从而启动整个系统。

yes, for boot partition it is. we mean all partitions. so some are not.
