What's wrong with my ML

After in my account, I installed an EDA software.
but my chinese desktop changes after that(see attachment), what's more , .my default chinese input dispeared, so I can only type English here. Wuwu...

Can somebody tell me what happened, and what should I do to recover the orginal PP desktop

picture of desktop seems not attached.

I explain here, all chinese word is show not as beautiful as before,and some is missed.
It happens not only in desktop, but also in every program including the content of web explorer.

卸载了看看呢？或进另一个用户，看其设置变了没有。没变的话把设置拷过来就行了。
