再请教GRUB问题！

我的电脑上面装了XP和Linux 9.0 ，后来我把XP格了装了2000，但是再开机的时候，电脑不提示我选择系统，直接进了2000，我知道是把MBR给破坏了，导致GRUB不管用了，该怎么恢复GRUB呢？请指教阿。
我的GRUB如下所示：

如果你还有FAT的盘的话，把安装时用的VMLINUZ放到这个盘上，然后从DOS下用LOADLIN。EXE 进入LINUX，比如你的LINUX /分区是hda3
loadlin vmlinuz root=/dev/hda3
进去以后grub-install /dev/hda就可以了。
