关于mplayer的问题

我在装完mplayer 后
运行时出现下面东东
反正就是用不起
究竟是 为什么

没有安装rm的解码器,请安装realplay8或下载本站的编码器后重新编译mplayer
还有,记得将源码目录下etc/input.conf拷贝到你的~/.mplayer目录下

部长，我在公社里下载的realone的codec，可是播放rm总是弹出个对话框说“没有找到合适的codec－>no sound！”，图像正常；而播放另外一些rm时就像快进一样。别的格式，比如mpeg和mov都是好的。我的声卡是集成的AC‘97，815E的板子，xmms播放都正常，可是rm为什么没声音呢？要说没装codec，可是图像又好着呢。而且快进的毛病也很怪。请帮忙看看。
