关于redhat9和win双系统的引导问题 请高手指点

我装的是redhat9和windowsxp双系统，机器启动后直接进入了windowsxp了。根据有关的帖子，我进入了rescue 模式，但是我发现一个奇怪的现象 (after type df command) ：

therefore, I type :
grub-install/dev/hda (hda7)
The answer is :
No file found or no directory
为什么是 TMP 而不是DEV? 怎样解决这个问题？ 我怎样才能进入双系统启动菜单?
我尝试过升级和重装了两次但是都失败了。
