请问内核的大小？

请问通常大家使用的Linux的内核大小是多少？

In our embedded mips system, the kernel's size is more than 2MB.
Is it too big?
Or because it uses RISC instructions, it can't be less?

it depends on the system limitation. keep all needed and remove all unnessary is the best.
