开机可以不启动的服务

完全安装的 Redhat Linux 9 开机时自启动了以下服务：
freewnn          anacron       apmd          atd
autofs          canna       crond          cups
gpm          hpoj       ip6tables       ipchains
iptables       irqbalance    isdn          keytable
kudzu          mimonitor    microcode_ctl    netfs
network       nfslock          pcmcia       portmap
random       rawdevices       rhnsd       sendmail
sgi-fam       spamassassion sshd          syslog
xfs          xineted
请问高手：
这些服务各自是什么意思，哪些服务开机时可以不需要启动？

全部可以关
当然，要上网就要开network,最好还开个iptables
用x，在你不知道怎么怎样可以不用xfs服务之前，要开xfs
