我在debian下升级了内核，没声音了。

我的声卡是联想主板P2D/533集成的i810,ac97。
在原来的2.4.18-bf2.4内核是好的。

与内核无关。

我不知道对不对,因为我给你搬来的是GENTOO下ALSA的方法.

察看/etc/devfsd.conf，确认alsa设备的权限设置的正确与否
REGISTER sound/.* PERMISSIONS root.audio 660
REGISTER snd/.* PERMISSIONS root.audio 660
默认此文件设置 /dev/sound权限为 root和audio，如此一来，普通用户要使用的话，要把他们的帐户加入audio组

如果你重新编译了内核或升级了新的内核的话，你需要重新编译alsa-driver.

谢谢boeing，我已经将普通用户加入了audio组，问题已经基本解决。
只是普通用户在gnome下的声音似乎总不如root用户，有一些问题我还不能完全正确的描述，反正有些怪怪的，等有时间仔细的来观察观察。
