重新编译内核rpm不能工作,为什么?
情况如下:
[root@JEANSCN gaim]# rpm -i --force gaim-0.64-1.i386.rpm
rpmdb: unable to join the environment
error: db4 error(11) from dbenv->open: 资源暂时不可用
error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - 资源暂时不可用 (11)
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm

Did I odmit some options when I compile my kernel?

同样的呀。

请问板主,怎么永久性解决这个问题?我已经升级到rpm 4.2.1了,但是问题依旧. 我用的是RH9,2.6.0内核.谢谢.

呵呵,重新启动Linux,现在好了.
我把rpm-build-4.2-1.i386.rpm,rpm-devel-4.2-1.i386.rpm,rpm-python-4.2-1.i386.rpm,
rpm-4.2-1.i386.rpm都更新了.

升级了内核。rpm时，提示：rpm:error whileloading shared libraries:libelf.so.1:cannot open shared object fiel: no such file or directory.
而且回到愿内核也有同样的错误了。
rf4.0(desktop)kernel:2.4.20-------->2.6.0
这是我的问题。根本不能rpm(加了 export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.2.5)更别说象楼上那样了
