I lost linux,I am a newer

I have a problem , I have installed linux in windowsXP ''G disk ,but I creat load in C  disk ,now ,when I have too many programe in windowsXp ,I find windows very slowly .so I format my C disk ,then I cant find my linux ,I also cant find my G disk .I plan to reinstall it ,but I cant creat new loaddisk ,I cant open it in harddisk ,and I cant creat in CD ,I want to open it in harddisk.when I open my computer ,I have 2 choice to decide .one is linux .another is windows.I find it very tied to open it with a  floppy,my G disk have 20G ,so I lost 20G in my disk ,please help me ,my god .thank you very much

Don't worry about it. you can get back your lost disk by some tools such as PQmagic etc. You also can login your linux OS  without formatting disks through some skills.you can find the answer by searching "grub" in here.         good lucky
