我的LINUX 装不上源代码软件

我的LINUX  装不上源代码软件,我试了好多源代码包,都只能进行./configure 接下去就出
问题了,我找不出问题的原因与解决方法,故发文求教,现以安装qterm-0.2.0.tar.gz
(211.69.207.156:2001可以下载)为例,安装过程如下,望高手赐教.
