我的modem不能用了

我的笔记本的via686a的modem，原来使用2.4.18内核的时候能正常配置，
现在使用MagicLinux1.2pre4(kernel 2.4.22-1)后，编译都出错，
提示如下：

有谁遇到过？？？？
如果修改出错的那一段代码(主要是注稀了它)后，能正常编译，
问题是加载模块的时候出错，提示如下：
