安装交换分区时出错啦！！！

我将硬盘的最后一个分区分了5G出来，打算用来 装LINUX，光盘启动后，设置第一个分区没问题，在设置SWAP交换分区时，弹出出错窗口，
提示：
Unable to aliign partition properlt.This probably means that anther patitioing tool generated an incorrect partition table,because it didn't have the correct BIOS geometry.It is safe to ignore,but ignoring may cause(fixable) problems with someboot loaders.

单击忽略的话，在每一个分区后面都会显示出一个“空闲分区”，怎么回事？
