VMWare的网络问题，HELP～～～

Environment：
VMWare Workstation 4
Host OS :win2000 sp4
Guest OS: RedHat 9

The network type is HostOnly ，Use the Host OS's VMNet2(HostOnly):
Guest OS network configuration：
IP:192.168.2.11
Netmask:255.255.255.0

Host OS's VMNet2 configuration：
IP:192.168.2.1
Netmask:255.255.255.0

Guest OS has disabled IPTables service；

The question is :

1、Host OS can ping Guest OS；
2、Host OS can visit Guest OS's services，such like Telnet、Web etc；

3、But Guest OS can not ping Host OS；
4、Guest OS can not Host OS's services，such like Web etc；

What's going on? I have tried another two network types, but the result is just the same.

Can you help me to resolve this type of case? Thank you a lot~~~
