编译2.6.4内核问题，急救！

我编译2.6.4内核，其它没什么问题，忘掉做一个步骤：makeinitrd /boot/initrd-2.6.4 2.6.4一个路径
现在启动出现错误：
Booting command-list
root(hd0,7)
filesystem type is extfs,partition type 0x83
kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.4 ro root=/dev/hda7
[Linux_bzImage,setup=0x1400,size=0x15e118]
initrd /initrd-2.6.4.img
Error 15:file not found

我该怎么办呢？谢啦，大侠救命！

再进内核目录make install

can u choose an old kernel to boot?
or
can u use installation cd, rescue mode, mount, and modify u grub.conf file?

我用rescue mode进去改了grub.conf，换回了2.4内核，我现在想让两个内核都可引导，怎么设呢？
