Help: SCIM Problem

The Problem appears when I upgrade My OS from FC T1 to FC2 T2
and now, I can't input chinese:

when I start scim:

Notice the red color line please!
then I reinstall SCIM, delete .scim under my home, but the problem is still exist !

Can anyone here help me ? Thanks a lot !!!!  waiting online ...

运行strace scim&>scim.log|vi scim.log，把结果贴出来。

非常感谢！我查出来了，是由于LANG的原因，我的LANG＝zh_CN.GB18030，但不知怎么高的我的FC2T2中却没安装zh_CN.GB18030支持，将其改为zh_CN就好了！但仍提示Failed to load socket Server module.
顺便问一下怎样安装支持zh_CN.GB18030的东东？
