关于路由网关设置

一台双P2 服务器，装REDHAT 9.0。非完全安装（没装窗口）
两块网卡，8139 eth0 192.168.0.248 接外网。通过学校的网关192.168.0.1
INTEL 82557, eth1 192.168.1.1 接交换机，下接的机器网关设置为这个。
应该怎么设置？

这个是我的路由表。

已经打过如下命令
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

在服务器上能ping通各网段的任意IP，但两网段不能相互ping通
