用源代码包，用RPM包会发现很多东西都装不好，

这是源代码的问题，可能需要打一个patch，它无法把 gtk2 认成 gtk+ 2.x ，不是magic的问题，如果你使用的是src.rpm，解开以后打开spec文件看看能不能修正这个问题吧。
