我安装armlinux for skyeye时的错误信息！

我按照Readme里的顺序：
1、先./build-toolchain
2、结束之后，当前目录下会出现toolchains和linux两个目录
3、编译内核：make dep和make vmlinux
4、并把相应的initrd.img和skyeye.conf文件拷贝到linux目录下
5、运行skyeye  vmlinux时正常
然后运行 target  sim时有如下错误信息：

请问是哪里的问题，我的skyeye.conf文件内容如下：

如果您不是上了网急着下来的话，可以看看前面的帖子。我前面装armlinux时承蒙指点过。
这里后面我不知道怎样，很明显的一点，斑竹已经指出过mem_num早已不用在目前的版本了。应该注释掉，首先是这一条。
