我VM了一个红旗4.0，会装VMtools谁能帮帮我啊？

不需要。红旗4也不是必须要VMtools的。

你把VMTool虚拟光驱上的*.tar.gz文件解压,然后执行里面的安装脚本就可以了

mount /dev/cdrom /mnt
cd /tmp
tar zxf /mnt/vmware-linux-tools.tar.gz
umount /mnt

Run the VMware Tools installer.
cd vmware-tools-distrib
./vmware-install.pl

Respond to the questions the installer displays on the screen. Be sure to respond yes when the installer offers to run the configuration program.

Log out of the root account.
