Sure,USB disc can be used under Mandrake9.2!But that is only what i saw at the www.mandrakesoft. com,You can turn to the manual of the u disc that you bought :-)

不用。关键看你的U盘控制芯片是否被Linux支持。如果不支持的话，怎样都不行。

不要告诉我你的U盘是什么牌子的，要看控制芯片的型号，去问厂家。

does the udisk manual have something to teach you use it in linux?

the FS of udisk is vfat in linux

first: mkdir /mnt/udisk
next: mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/udisk
then: cd /mnt/udisk && ls

如果你使用的是mandrake10的话，fat fat32 以及ntfs都是自动mount的

redhat 以及fedora要手动mount（当然可以配置成自动），而且对于ntfs

的读取还要装个软件kernel-ntfs
