如何配置smb连接局域网。

哦,还有:
[root@wkp root]# smbclient -L Wkp
Password:
session setup failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

[root@wkp root]# smbtree
Password:
WORKGROUP
        \\SM
        \\WKP                           samba server
failed tcon_X with NT_STATUS_DUPLICATE_NAME

连接失败,这又是怎么回事儿?难道windows也要作相应的配置吗?实验室就我一人用Linux,其他包括服务器在内都是Windows 2000。

must be with the firewall. i used to receive the above messages, but when i shut the firewall, i got through.

在Windows下访问Linux用户文件时显示:

无法访问\\Wkp\files。
找不到网络名。

请问这是怎么回事儿?Linux与Windows联网需要考虑文件系统的问题吗?为什么Wkp下的两个文件夹files、打印机,其中访问打印机时不存在这个问题,而访问files时却“找不到网络名”???

我的也是无法看见局域网的机器,我的是Fedora2,可以正常访问外网,但在打开网絡服务器,在里面有一个windows网络,再打开就没有东西拉,也没有错误显示,不知怎么办.救命啊!

最好把久的SAMBA删除了.再自己安装, 还有, 最好把FEDORA的防火场也搞定了(删除).

jin兄,按照你说的那个情况,你最好确定一下几点:
1。你的系统里面有smb在运行。 你可以使用 /sbin/service smb status看一下.或者直接用/sbin/service smb restart重新启动smb.
2.你的系统防火墙已经关闭,或者是一个较低的级别.
3.你的网络是连通的,你可以用ping试试.
4.如果有可能把你的smb.conf文件放在这里让我们看看,也许有点帮助.
还有,你最好不要删除那个samba,我知道对于高手来说这不是什么问题,但是恐怕对于新手来讲很是问题.实际上自己安装samba不是那么简单. 你最好备份以后在考虑删除.
