请教在windows 2000 用skyeye的问题。急！！

1、请问在windows2000下用skyeye能否调试lwip.
2、我make config成功，make dep是出现以下问题。不知原因，请教！！！
$ make dep
+ making dep file ... : .depend
/bin/sh: line 1: arm-linux-gcc: command not found
Hint: next, you can "make" this project now...
3、我用编译过的文件（网上的文件）如何提示：
