Apache服务启动后,访问主页却报错

用FC2里自带的Apache,用Webmin 1.16来配置启动Apache,启动后,在Mozilla在地址栏里输入http://localhost/index.htm却返回如下错误,请问是什么问题,要如何解决呢,谢谢.

You don't have permission to access /index.htm on this server.
Apache/2.0.49 (Fedora) Server at localhost Port 80

看看你/var/www的权限
