s3c2410的板子，linux2.4.18内核，cramfs文件系统，编译了qte2.3.7,qtopia1.7.0，做成文件系统烧到flash中，启动执行qpe时出现如下错误：
could not open for writing `/Settings/locale.conf.new'
could not open for writing `/Settings/qpe.conf.new'
could not open for writing `/Settings/qpe.conf.new'
是不是因为cramfs文件系统是只读的？编译qtopia时并没有产生qpe.conf这个文件
