GRUB支持WINDOWS SERVER 2003 吗？

我的电脑是80G硬盘，首先在C盘(NTFS)安装好了WINXP，而后安装了RED FLAG9.0中文版，可以GRUB启动双系统，今天我又在F盘(FAT32)安装了WINDOWS SERVER 2003后，直接进入WINXP启动选项(WINXP和WIN SERVER 2003)，进不了LINUX,通过LINUX RESCUE、GRUB-INSTALL/DEV/HDA后，出现GRUB启动管理器,要想进入 WIN2003，必须先选择进入WINXP再选择进入 WIN2003,而我想直接在GRUB的启动管理器加一项WIN2003的启动项目以实现直接从GRUB启动WIN2003，但就是启动不了，请高手指点，请问问题出在哪，有何解决办法？以下是我的GRUB.CONF配置：

NT的启动管理器是安装在hda1的，直接修改GRUB不行。

谢谢了!我再来试试，真的没有办法通过grub来直接一级引导三系统吗？

我的windows server2003是装在扩展分区F盘(fat32)上的啊，这样的win2003启动管理器也是放在与XP系统C盘上(即hda1)吗

也不是不可以从一个菜单引导三个菜单，用ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ自己引导ＲＥＤＨＡＴ也行，具体的请用关键词“ntldr"搜索一下以前的贴子。
