求助 linux显卡配错如何修改

最近刚学linux，装了redhat 9.0的workstation,因为没有合适的显卡驱动就找了个和我的显卡比较接近的，把分辨率调到1024*768，结果重启进xwindow后分辨率极低，近似花屏，只能模糊的看出比较大的的字，小的根本看不出来，请问这个问题如何解决，谢谢。

图形界面下同时按ctrl, alt, F2 键, 就可以进入文本终端,

我用的是科盟的GeForce4 MX440，可是没有linux的驱动。请问有没有办法
