apt出现问题，紧急求助！

看看有没有其他进程在使用var/cache/debconf/config.dat这个文件？

I can use it after I delete the file "lock".
But after I installed KDE with kdm,first I cannot login in X with root;second I cannot use my scim to write Chinese.
why?

Yes,when I use xfce4 belongs to hiweed,I can use scim freely,but now I cannot use it.
I donot know why?please help me!
or else I will reinstalled kde for a try.
